Shipping Policy

CLASSONEMODELWORKS.COM, LLC SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders which are placed directly with classonemodelworks.com, LLC.  By placing an order on our website, you, the Purchaser, agree to all terms and conditions as set forth in the Shipping Policy.   

This policy has an effective date of:  January 18, 2021

Unless an alternative delivery option is otherwise specified in the checkout system, classonemodelworks.com, LLC will deliver all Product via USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  We shall endeavor to dispatch Product to the customer a soon as possible after an order has been placed, subject to order acceptance as confirmed to the customer through the issuance of an order number, either in person for phone orders or by email for online orders.  Processing and ship-out will usually take place within two working days or less if the product is in stock, but will be less than ten working days from receipt of a confirmed order.  

Should Class One be unable to dispatch the Product within this time frame, the customer will be sent an email to inform them of the delay, providing an estimated delivery date.  The customer will have the right to cancel the product order and to receive a full refund as set out in that email notice.  As soon as Product(s) are verified as being delivered to the customer, the customer becomes fully responsible for them.

IN STOCK SERVICE

Products listed as in-stock at the Class One Kansas City area warehouse are being offered for immediate sale and are ready to dispatch for shipment and delivery.

SOLD OUT PRODUCT

Products listed at https://www.classonemodelworks.com as being sold out or out-of-stock are no longer available for sale from the Class One warehouse.  Customers are advised to contact a classonemodelworks.com, LLC Authorized Dealer to check for availability. If products are shown as “out of stock,” customer may click “join waiting list” button to be placed on a waiting list should product become available.
